(A) Drainage planning shall involve concerned public citizens.
(B) The Town Council shall continue to inform the public through informational bulletins, the media, workshops, and educational curricula. It shall also promote this goal through the dissemination of bulletins and information material from other related agencies.
(C) The Town Council shall explore opportunities for public involvement in the maintenance of the drainage system, including such areas as litter removal from streams and cost-sharing programs for neighborhood system improvements.
(D) The Town Council shall initiate a complaint response outreach program which provides information regarding chronic problem areas to affected residents. Such information shall address the history of the problem, the corrective actions undertaken by the Superintendent of Utilities, and the timing of the corrective actions.
