§ 153.03 LAND.
   Drainage utility easements shall be designed to:
   (A)   Provide access for maintenance and repair of drainage facilities;
   (B)   Place, to the extent possible, drainage utility facilities in common easements; and
   (C)   Minimize negative visual impacts.
