§ 32.025 APPEARANCE IN COURT.
   Whenever officers are to appear in court regarding cases they have investigated or on Department business, the following dress code shall apply:
   (A)   At a hearing without a jury present, the officer may wear the uniform or dress slacks and shirt.
   (B)   At a jury trial, the officer shall wear the uniform or a suit, or a sports coat and tie.
