Provided the demolition shall start within 30 days of the issuance of the permit, the fees shall be $30. If the demolition shall not commence for more than 30 days, then the fee is $60. If the demolition shall not commence for more than 90 days, then the fee shall be $90. Any demolition permit (improvement location permit for the demolition of a building or structure) shall expire after 180 days and a new application must be submitted with a new fee, if the work under the permit has not been completed.
