§ 150.20 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   A permit shall be obtained before beginning demolition of any building or structure within the town using forms furnished by the Town Building Inspector and all fees required by this subchapter shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer. The Town Building Inspector is designated the responsible department of the town to administer and enforce this subchapter.
