§ 32.003 CLOTHING ALLOWANCE.

(A) The town may purchase necessary items of clothing for use by the Town Marshal and his or her deputies up to $400 per person per calendar year as needed from January 1 through December 31.

(B) The Town Marshal or deputy must obtain clothing by a process defined by the town who will pay said bill(s) up to $400 per officer per calendar year.
