§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any commercial enterprise that violates the terms of §§ 110.01 to 110.03 and utilizes the town compost site without a valid permit will be assessed a fee of $750 to obtain a permit for the calendar year of the violation.
