§ 110.02 ADMINISTRATION.
   The office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the town shall be responsible for the administration of this subchapter and will collect a fee of $500 for an annual compost permit fee. Said permit shall permit the contractor to use the compost center during the calendar year. All commercial compost permits shall expire on December 31 of the year they are issued. The funds received for the purchase of commercial compost permits shall be deposited in the Solid Waste and Recycling Fund of the town.
