(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.15 to 92.20 shall be guilty of a municipal ordinance violation punishable by a municipal fine of $5 for the first violation, $25 for the second violation, and $50 for the third and each subsequent violation occurring during the same calendar year.
