§ 91.49 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The open burning provisions of this subchapter are enforceable by the duly appointed fire prevention or law enforcement officers within the town, acting on their own initiative or at the request of the Town Council.
   (B)   Violation of these infractions can be enforced by members of the town’s Police Department or the town’s Fire Chief.
