§ 91.25 CUTTING GRASS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Owners of real property located within the town are required to cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing on the property.
   (B)   It shall be a violation of this subchapter for the owners of real property located within the town to fail to cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing on their property.
