(A) Medium-duty items.
(1) On any residentially zoned property, no more than one of each of the following may be stored other than in an approved enclosed garage or carport:
(a) A medium-duty truck;
(b) A medium-duty trailer; and/or
(c) A medium-duty piece of equipment.
(2) Such medium-duty items must remain more than 20 feet from the public road right-of-way.
(B) This section shall not apply to farm equipment reasonable needed and exclusively used for agricultural operations on the property on which it is stored.
(C) This section shall not apply to medium-duty trucks and equipment that are being used in construction of structures or dwellings so long as such medium-duty trucks and equipment are not stored on the property for more than 15 days.
