(A) In residential districts, recreational vehicles and school buses may be parked or stored in an enclosed garage or carport. It shall be unlawful to park recreational vehicles and school buses in the front yard of any residential district, unless such recreational vehicle and/or school bus is parked more than 20 feet from the road right-of-way; and provided that no more than a total of two recreational vehicles or two school buses, or a combination of one recreational vehicle and one school bus may be parked in the front yard.
(B) Additionally, in residential districts, recreational vehicles and school buses may be parked to the rear and sides of a dwelling.
(C) No such permitted recreational vehicle shall have attachments such as stairs, steps, handrails, porches, decks and the like.
(D) In residential districts, no more than a total of two recreational vehicles or two school buses, or a combination of one recreational vehicle and one school bus may be parked on a vacant and/or unimproved lot, and in such case, any such permitted vehicle may only be parked if a minimum of 20 feet from the road right-of-way.
