(A) (1) The Street Department Manager is hereby directed to place “NO PARKING” signs along both sides and the south end of Lois Lane, and parking is to be prohibited along said street.
(2) Violation of this division (A) shall be a Class C infraction, and any person violating this division (A) shall be fined accordingly for each violation.
(B) (1) The town may establish “no parking” zones on specific streets determined to be appropriate.
(2) Parking shall not be permitted at the following locations:
(a) On either side of West Street between Crowe Street and Main Street;
(b) On either side of Crowe Street between Main Cross Street and W. LaGrange Road;
(c) On either side of North and/or South Sycamore Drive between Thornton Road and back to Thornton Road (the entire loop of Sycamore Drive);
(d) On either side of Maple Street between Thornton Road and Sycamore Drive);
(e) On either side of November Street between Greenbriar and October Street;
(f) On either side of October Street between Greenbriar and November Street; and
(g) On either side of Volz Drive between State Road 56 (W. Lagrange Road) and Hickory Drive.
(3) The Street Commissioner is authorized by the town to post traffic-control signs notifying the traveling public of the “no parking” zones on the specified portions of the designated streets.
(4) A violation of this division (B) shall be a Class C infraction. Therefore, any person who violates this division (B) shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense, plus court costs.
(C) (1) The town may establish “no parking” zones on specific streets determined to be appropriate.
(2) Parking shall not be permitted on Joe’s Lane, within 100 feet of its intersection with Main Cross Street, between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. on any day when the Southwestern Consolidated Schools are in session.
(3) The Street Commissioner is authorized by the town to post traffic-control signs notifying the traveling public of the “no parking” zones on the specified portions of the designated streets.
(4) A violation of this division (C) shall be a Class C infraction. Therefore, any person who violates this division (C) shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense, plus court costs.
