(A) (1) The maximum permitted speed upon all town streets located within Hanover College shall be 20 mph.
(2) The town shall place appropriate signs listing the speed limit on the streets within the college, however, the town will rely upon Hanover College to maintain such signs.
(3) The maximum permitted speed on Main Street from the entrance to Hanover College to Main Cross Street shall be 20 mph.
(B) (1) The maximum permitted speed upon File Street located within the town shall be 20 mph.
(2) The town shall place and maintain appropriate signs listing the speed limit on File Street.
(C) (1) The maximum permitted speed upon Volz Drive, Hanover Drive, River Road, and Ohio Avenue in Volz Addition located within the town shall be 20 mph.
(2) The town shall place and maintain appropriate signs listing the speed limit on Volz Drive.
(D) (1) The maximum speed limit for all streets in the town shall be 30 mph unless otherwise posted.
(2) The speed limit in the following areas which constitute school zones, playground, park areas, and state licensed daycare facilities is hereby established at 20 mph:
(a) Joe’s Lane;
(b) Meadow Lane;
(c) Hickory Drive;
(d) File Street;
(e) Smith Lane;
(f) Madison Avenue;
(g) Golden Rod Lane;
(h) Glad Street;
(i) Main Street from Main Cross to Madison Avenue;
(j) Main Cross from Second Street to Smith Lane; and
(k) East First Street from Locust to Pine Ridge.
(3) Violation of this division (D) shall be a Class C infraction, and any person violating this division (D) shall be fined accordingly for each violation.
(E) The speed limit on the following streets is established at 20 mph:
(1) Crowe Street;
(2) CliffDuke;
(3) Cynthiana Avenue;
(4) File Street;
(5) First Street;
(6) Glad Street;
(7) Golden Rod;
(8) Grange Hall Road;
(9) Gray Street;
(10) Hanover Beach Hill Road;
(11) Hanover Drive;
(12) Hickory Drive;
(13) Jackson Lane;
(14) Janie Lane;
(15) Locust Street;
(16) Logan's Point;
(17) Lois Lane;
(18) Lowry Lane;
(19) Maple Drive;
(20) Marine Street;
(21) Meadow Lane;
(22) Medical Plaza Drive;
(23) November Street;
(24) October Street;
(25) Ohio Avenue;
(26) Pine Ridge Road;
(27) Presbyterian Avenue;
(28) River Bend Trail;
(29) River Road;
(30) Rose Maur Street;
(31) Second Street;
(32) Second Street Terrace;
(33) Shady Nook;
(34) Sharon Court;
(35) Sharon Drive;
(36) Sharp Street;
(37) Smith Lane;
(38) Spruce Lane;
(39) North Sycamore Drive;
(40) South Sycamore Drive;
(41) Third Street;
(42) Volz Drive;
(43) West Street;
(44) Garritt Street.
(F) The speed limit on the following streets is established at 30 mph:
(1) Kuntz Road;
(2) Thornton Road;
(3) Greenbriar Road;
(4) Madison Avenue;
(5) Main Street;
(6) Main Cross Street (20 mph when flashing light from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, August 1 through June 1).
