§ 70.15 DRIVING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The operation of golf carts within the town is strictly prohibited unless the golf cart is operated and equipped in full compliance with this subchapter. Golf carts may be operated on town streets except as restricted in this subchapter.
   (B)   Golf carts may not be operated on State Road 56-62 at any time. Golf carts may cross said highway only where they can cross at a 90 degree angle, and then only when the cross can be made safety.
   (C)   Operators of golf carts shall, at all times, yield the right-of-way to faster moving traffic, and stay near the right side of the road as to not impede the regular flow of traffic.
   (D)   Golf carts shall not be operated on town streets or the highway of the town during sunset to sunrise unless the golf cart is equipped with two headlights (one on each side of the front of the golf cart) and two operating tail lights with brake lights (one on each side of the rear of the golf cart) which are visible from a distance of 500 feet.
