§ 70.01 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

(A) The operation of all terrain vehicles (ATV) within the town is strictly prohibited unless the ATV is operated and equipped in full compliance with this subchapter. ATVs may not be operated on town streets except as restricted by this subchapter.

(B) Only ATVs that are registered with all of the laws and regulations of the state and with the county ordinances may pass through the town.
