§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in the town/system in addition to other penalties provided for in §§ 52.01 to 52.09, shall be guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500 for any violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed as a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person violating § 52.04(C) shall be subject to a $250 fine per offense and/or arrest under the charge of disorderly conduct.
   (D)   (1)   In the event any person, firm, or corporation who receives notice from the Superintendent to disconnect an illegal tap in violation of § 52.04(E) and fails to do so within the time required herein, the property owner will be fined a fee of $50 a day, payable to the town/system Clerk- Treasurer.
      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation who willfully makes any unauthorized tap to the sanitary sewer system shall be subject to fines not to exceed $100 per day, per offense, and/or arrested under a charge of disorderly conduct.
