Each user or customer, at the time he or she is connected to the town’s sanitary sewer system, shall pay a charge to cover the cost of said connection. The charge shall be $1,000 for a sewer connection (tap) fee for properties within the town and for properties outside of the town. Mobile homes, in a mobile home park, shall pay a user fee per unit for connection to the sewer of $150 each.
