§ 52.22 DEPOSITS AND LIENS.
   (A)   No sewer deposits are required for customers of the sewage works.
   (B)   Unpaid sewer bills shall be certified by the Clerk-Treasurer and a lien on real estate benefitted by the service and assessed and collected in the same manner as property taxes pursuant to the state code, if they remain unpaid.
