(A) In the event that the owner of a lot, parcel of real estate, or building can show to the satisfaction of the Town’s Council that their water usage for a billing period was abnormally high because of a water leak, then subject to the following limitations the Council shall make the following adjustments to the owner’s sewage bill.
(B) All requests shall be made either in person at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Town Council or in writing and mailed to the town’s Water and Sewage Department at P.O. Box 288, Hanover, Indiana 47243.
(C) A $5 administration fee will be assessed for each adjustment.
