§ 51.43 LARGE MAINS.
   (A)   In the event the water utility requires a larger main than that proposed by the user or developer, the additional expense of the larger main shall be borne by the town.
   (B)   All construction shall be in accordance with town plans and specifications which are on file at the office of the Utilities Superintendent.
