§ 51.42 MAIN EXTENSIONS.
   (A)   Main extensions to industries and commercial businesses in areas not previously served shall be made at the expense of the user.
   (B)   All construction shall be in accordance with town plans and specifications which are on file at the office of the Utilities Superintendent.
