§ 50.10 FUND FOR REVENUES.
   The revenues generated from the collection of fees and service charges from trash and recyclables collection as provided for above, shall be deposited in a fund and account separate from any other fund established and funded by tax monies, expenditures from which shall be limited to costs associated with the collection and disposal of said trash and recyclables and the purchase of equipment necessary to provide such services to the residents and citizens of the town.
