No person shall dispose of, for collection, any needles, syringes, lancets, or other sharp objects unless the same are placed in a hard-plastic or metal container with a screw-on or tightly secured lid. No person shall dispose of, for collection, any soiled bandages, disposable sheets, or medical gloves unless the same are placed in a securely fastened plastic bag.
