§ 30.05 COUNCIL MEMBER TERMS.
   (A)   In the municipal elections to be held on November 4, 2003:
      (1)   The two individuals receiving the highest vote totals in the balloting for members at large of the Town Council shall be elected to serve an initial three-year term on the Town Council beginning at noon on January 1, 2004; and
      (2)   The individuals receiving the winning vote totals in the balloting for districts one, two, and three of the Town Council shall each be elected to serve a four-year term on the Town Council beginning at noon on January 1, 2004.
   (B)   All successors to the Council members elected on November 4, 2003 shall be elected and serve terms of four years.
