(A) There is hereby established in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, a Donations and Miscellaneous Income Fund. Funds received as donations to the town, franchisee fees, payments for leases of town property, and all other miscellaneous income as determined by the Clerk-Treasurer or the Town Council shall be deposited in this Fund. The town and the Town Council is authorized to accept gifts and contributions to this Fund.
(B) The monies in this Fund may be appropriated or transferred to any other Fund by the Town Council. This is designated as non-reverting fund since it is not anticipated that tax revenue will be deposited in this Fund.
