§ 34.26 RIVERBOAT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established by the town a fund designated as “the Riverboat Fund”.
   (B)   This Fund shall be maintained by the Clerk-Treasurer as a non-reverting fund.
   (C)   Monies received by the town pursuant to I.C. 4-33-13-5(e) shall be deposited into this Fund. The Town Council can designate other monies to be deposited into this Fund.
   (D)   Money in the Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund may be used for any purpose specified in I.C. 4-33-13-5(f).
