§ 34.25 SEWAGE PROJECT 2003 FUND.
   There is hereby established in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, the Sewage Project 2003 Fund. All funds received from the Department of Commerce for use on the Sewage Project 2003 shall be deposited into this Fund. Monies in the Sewage Project 2003 Fund shall be used exclusively for the Sewage Project.
