§ 34.24 WATER TOWER MAINTENANCE FUND.

There is hereby established in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, the Water Tower Maintenance Fund. The Water Tower Maintenance Fund will receive funds designated by the Town Council for deposit into this Fund. Funds in the Water Tower Maintenance Fund shall be used exclusively to defray the expenses of periodic inspection, cleaning, painting, and other maintenance of the town’s water tower.
