§ 90.05  OPEN BURNING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to set fire to or burn any hay, straw, chips, shavings or other combustible material or refuse in any street or lot, or in any part of the village, unless permission from the village is obtained, nor to stack, file, throw or deposit any hay, straw, shavings or other combustible material in any street, alley, lot or part of the village for in excess of six months, without having the same enclosed and covered so as to be protected against fire.
