(A) Storage of flammable liquids. It shall be unlawful to store any volatile or flammable liquids or any gasoline in aboveground storage tanks within the village limits, except where the storage does not exceed ten gallons of the flammable or combustible liquid.
(B) Storing explosives. All highly explosive material shall be kept or stored in a safe and secure place, and no quantity of powder exceeding 25 pounds shall be stored or kept in one place or building within the radius of 100 rods from the fire limits of the village.
