SCHEDULE II.  TIME LIMIT PARKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park or leave standing any vehicle on the public streets of the village for more than 24 hours. Any person violating the provisions of this division (A) shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10, nor more than $25 for each offense.
   (B)   No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, for longer than two hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, inclusive, Sunday and legal holidays excepted, on the following streets: on the north and south sides of Jefferson Street from its intersection with Washington Street to its intersection with Pierce Street; on the east and west sides of Washington Street from its intersection with Jefferson Street to the south end of the Apple River Bridge. There shall be attached to every vehicle in violation of this division a notice, stating the violation and instructing the owner or operator to report to the Village Clerk in regard to the violation and to pay the appropriate fine. If so paid within 24 hours, the sum of $0.50 shall be accepted as full satisfaction of the violation. If not paid within 72 hours, but within five days, the sum of $3 shall be accepted as full satisfaction of the violation. If not paid within five days, a warrant shall be issued for arrest of said violator and prosecution shall be in the same manner as for other violations of village ordinances.
