(A) No person shall turn any vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction, making a so-called “U-turn”, at any place on the streets of the village other than the intersection of two streets and at any of the following street intersections within the village: Fillmore and Jackson Street, Jefferson Street and Washington Street, Jefferson Street and Jackson Street, Jefferson Street and Garfield Street, Washington Street and Fulton Street and Washington Street and Speer Street.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of division (A) above shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 and not more than $25 for each offense.
