(A) The intersection of Fillmore Street and Jackson Street is hereby designated as a stop intersection. All vehicles approaching this intersection shall stop according to the designated signs as follows: vehicles traveling east and west on Fillmore Street and vehicles traveling south on Jackson Street.
(B) Every person convicted of a violation of division (A) above shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $25.
