§ 31.20  ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   The State Gift Ban Act, being 5 ILCS, Act 425, and the provisions included in the village ordinance adopting that Act, are hereby adopted by reference, and incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length herein.
