(A) The penalty for violation of this chapter shall be not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each violation. Each day a violation exists shall be considered a new violation.
(B) Notwithstanding the penalty provision hereinabove set forth, the village shall have the right to pursue any and all civil remedies available in law and/or equity.
