Upon approval of the tentative subdivision plat, the land shall be surveyed and marked in accordance with the statutes of the state pertaining to subdivisions and as further stated herein:
(A) Permanent monuments shall be placed at all block corners, points of tangency of surveyed lines, lot corners and points where street lines intersect the exterior lines of the subdivision; and
(B) Lot corners shall be marked by no less than five-eighths-inch diameter iron pins, 30 inches in length. All other points described above shall be marked with iron pins three-quarter inches in diameter and 36 inches in length.
