§ 30.02  BOARD MEMBERS, ELECTIONS AND FUNCTIONS.
   Members of the Board of Trustees shall be elected to office for four-year terms, according to the method provided by statute. The Board shall be the legislative department of the village government, and shall perform duties and have powers as may be delegated by statute.
