(A) Fire limits established. The territory embraced within the following limits shall hereafter be known as the fire limits of the village: the portion of the village bounded on the north by Monroe Street, on the south by Fillmore Street, on the east: by Arthur Street and on the west by Washington Street.
(B) Building construction. No building or shed built of wood shall be erected within the fire limits by any person or persons, unless permission shall first be granted by the Village Board for the erection thereof.
