§ 112.02  APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; ISSUANCE.
   All persons desiring to obtain a hawker’s or peddler’s license shall make application to the Village Treasurer or Chief of Police stating the kind and quality of the goods, wares or merchandise he or she intends to peddle, and the length of time he or she may desire the license. The Village Treasurer or Chief of Police shall issue the license as required by this section.
