(A) The President of the Village Board shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all the licenses issued by him or her, and shall furnish the Clerk, Treasurer and the Village Police Authority each with a copy thereof.
(B) Upon the issuance of any new license, or the revocation of any old license, the President of the Village Board shall give written notice of that action to each of these officers within 48 hours of that action.
