§ 93.24  MANNER OF EXCAVATION, BARRICADES AND LIGHTS.
   Any person making any excavation or tunnel shall do so as according to the terms and conditions of the application, the permit and this subchapter and shall maintain sufficient and proper barricades and lights to protect persons, vehicles and animals from injury by or because of the excavation or obstruction so made.
