§ 93.22  PERMIT FEES.
   The following permit fees are for excavations in, on or under the type of street indicated:
 
Bituminous-surfaced or asphalt-surfaced streets
$30
Concrete-surfaced streets within the area maintained by the village
$40
Unpaved streets
$15
