§ 93.02  SIGNS AND STRUCTURES ON PUBLIC WAYS.
   All persons are prohibited from using any portion of the street, or alley or public ground for the display of signs, or the erection of awnings, awning posts, telegraph or telephone poles or racks, or for the purpose of posting handbills or advertisements thereon, unless permission shall be first obtained from the Village Board.
