§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   Upon whomever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be imposed the following punishment:
   (A)   First-time offense: $125;
   (B)   Second-time offense: $200; and
   (C)   Third-time on up offense: $500.
