The village may revoke any food truck permit under any of the following conditions:
(A) The permit-holder is found in violation of this chapter, the statutes of the State of Illinois, or ordinances of the village related to the public health, safety, or fire protection;
(B) The permit-holder has made a false material statement in its permit application;
(C) The permit-holder fails to comply with any of the provisions, terms, or conditions of the permit issued pursuant to this subchapter; or
(D) The owner of the private property on which the mobile food truck vendor is operating has communicated to the village in writing that the mobile food truck vendor no longer has permission to operate on the owner's premises.
