§ 112.49 SALES TAX.

All mobile food truck vendors shall provide to the Village Administrator their Illinois Business Tax (IBT) number and shall maintain a mobile point-of-sale system which uses GPS to determine the sale location and compute the appropriate tax rate for such location.
