(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person who shall violate any provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.13 of this chapter or fail to comply with any notice given by the authorized village official as provided in § 92.13 of this chapter shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine as set by the Board of Trustees from time to time for each violation. Each day during which a violation continues beyond the specified time for correction shall constitute a separate punishable offense.
(2) If the village corrects the violation itself or causes the violation to be corrected on its behalf, a lien for the amount of time and expense involved in correcting the violation shall be filed against the land where the violation occurred unless the owner or occupant of that land shall reimburse the village its expenses upon request. A minimum charge as set by the Board of Trustees from time to time for each hour, or part of an hour, shall be levied for work performed by or on behalf of the village in correcting a violation. The lien shall be recorded with the County Recorder of Deeds within 60 days after the work is performed by the village or on behalf of the village, and foreclosure suit to collect the cost of the lien shall be filed within two years after the recordation of the lien as in the case of foreclosure.
(3) If the village corrects the violation itself or causes the violation to be corrected on its behalf, the violator shall nevertheless be subject to the above-specified fine, in addition to a lien being placed on the violator’s property.

(C) Any person in violation of the terms of §§ 92.25 through 92.30 of this chapter may be fined as set by the Board of Trustees from time to time, for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
(D) (1) Unless a greater or lesser penalty is prescribed elsewhere in this code of ordinances, any person who shall violate any provisions of §§ 92.45 through 92.49 of this chapter shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine as set by the Board of Trustees from time to time for each violation. Each day during which a violation continues beyond the specified time for correction shall constitute a separate punishable offense.
(2) If the village corrects the violation or causes the violation to be corrected on its behalf, the violator or shall be liable to the village for its actual costs (material plus labor, or if the correction is contracted out, the contract price) of abating the nuisance.
(3) Where the village itself corrects the violation or causes the violation to be corrected on its behalf, the violator shall be subject to both divisions (D)(1) and (D)(2) above.
