Any person who operates a golf cart on the streets in the village shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of a motor vehicle by this traffic code, as well as all other state traffic laws, and must adhere to all applicable laws concerning possession and use of alcoholic beverages and all other illegal drugs.
